FSG Safety specialise in embroidery, we have invested heavily in state of the art industrial embroidery equipment. Each design can consist of up to 15 colours at no extra charge. As all embroidery is completed in house, we are able to embroider 1 garment to 1000's of garments. Check out our catalogues in the menu on the left so see a whole range of garments we can supply and embroider to your requirements.

Baseball caps are a speciality of ours, there are many different types to choose from, Catalogue 2 is where you will find them. Unfortunately this is one garment where we have to impose a minimum order of 10. For more information fill out the Contact Us form for a no obligation quote.

We use an in-house digitising team which allows us to be as flexible as the customer requires, in most cases we are able to offer a free digitising service.


How It Works

The process for embroidery is simple. The customer supplies us a copy of their logo, preferably via the Contact Us form in jpeg format, however this isn’t essential, send us any format you have and we will convert it. Our team then digitise the design (turn it into stitches) and produce a stitch out of the logo onto the required fabric for the customer to approve or make changes. Once approved by the customer, you place your order, we then complete the job. Timescales are usually 14 days from confirmation of order, however we make every effort to complete to your deadlines.

We can embroider a whole range of garments including Polo Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Hooded Tops, Fleeces, T-Shirts, Baseball Caps, Dressing Gowns, Towells and much more. Checkout the catalogues for a complete range of garments we can supply.
