Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. No we are happy to supply any quantity from 1 – 1000+.

Q.Why do I need design digitised? I have already got the artwork.
A. To operate an embroidery machine your artwork has to be converted into one of several embroidery machine formats. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of a high quality embroidery.

Q. Can you digitise my design for me?
A. Yes we have many years of experience producing high quality Embroidery Designs. Simply send us your design and let us work our magic. Formats accepted are .jpg .bmp .cdr .ai .psd, if you have your artwork in another format not listed send it to us anyway, I'm sure we will be able to convert it.

Q. How long do you take to deliver?
A. Within 7 working days once you have approved the embroidery design. In an emergency we can complete the whole process 2/3 days.

Q. I already have my design on disk, can you use it.
A. Yes if it is in any of the main embroidery formats. Tajima, Wilcom, Barudan, Happy, ZSK. Contact us to let us know the format and we will advise.

Q. Can you embroider caps.
A. Yes, minimum order of 25.

Q. I want names of individuals on my garments can you do that.
A. Yes, Monogramming is one of our many specialist services.
